Workers Compensation Board Names New Directors

The Executive Council of Prince Edward Island recently announced two new appointments to the Board of Directors of Workers Compensation Board. Named to three-year terms as Employer Representatives are Blake Craig of North Bedeque and Donna Lank of Cornwall. These appointments follow the resignations from the WCB Board of Directors of Daniel Hughes and Wendy Ripley.

Blake Craig is President of J. Leroy Gallant Insurance Limited, with offices in Summerside and Montague, and a part owner in Gallant Moving and Storage Limited and Garden Province Realtors Inc. of Summerside. Mr. Craig is a Past President and Board member of the College of Piping and Celtic Performing Arts and has also been active in various insurance industry organizations on the Island and nationally.

Donna Lank is Co-Owner and Director of Marketing for We Care Home Health Services in Charlottetown, which provides home health care services to clients across Prince Edward Island. Ms. Lank was previously General Manager of Recreation Facilities and Campus Services Coordinator for Slemon Park Corporation. She has a strong background in social counseling and public service management both here on PEI and in Ontario.
