Statement from Premier Robert Ghiz on the birth of the Royal baby

Premier Robert Ghiz issued the following statement on the birth of the Royal baby, July 22, 2013:

Prince Edward Islanders were truly delighted to have the Royal couple visit our province as a newly married couple, and we are especially pleased to congratulate them today on the birth of their first child.

Islanders have always had a great interest in the Royal family and we share their joy in welcoming the new Royal baby.
