March 30, 2006 * Agriculture, Fisheries & Aquaculture [to Jun 2007]The Prince Edward Island Harness Racing Industry Association, in conjunction with the provincial Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Aquaculture will be holding an information seminar for Standardbred breeders on April 8 and 9 at the Dutch Inn in Cornwall. Invited speakers include Doug Nash, former farm manager at Glengate Farms, and a noted authority on breeding farm management; Blair Keeling, equine nutritionist with Master Feeds; Dr. Ian Moore and Dr. Maureen Wichtel of the Atlantic Veterinary College; and pedigree consultant Norman Hall.
