January 24, 2000 The Island Regulatory and Appeals Commission announced Friday, January 21, that a request by Consumers' Direct Charge Co-op Ass'n. Ltd., Walker Drive, Charlottetown to remove licensing conditions which have restricted gasoline sales to members only has been approved, with petroleum Products License No. D9096-00 issued under the Petroleum Products Act to be amended accordingly.This outlet is now required to operate as a conventional co-op and in accordance with the Commission's most recent markup order appplicable to all other automotive motor fuels outlets in the Province.Media Contact: Island Information Service
