June 30, 2015 Customers at the 18 Prince Edward Island retail liquor outlets can once again donate to the Red Cross during the month of July, Finance Minister Allen Roach says.“Thanks go out to both our customers and employees for their continued support of this annual fundraising event,” said Minister Roach, who is the minister responsible for the PEI Liquor Control Commission. “Campaigns like this help to ensure the Red Cross can continue to provide support across the province.”This is the fourth year that the Liquor Control Commission and the Red Cross have teamed up on the fundraiser, which runs July 1 to 31."Islanders and visitors alike have consistently demonstrated their generosity and support of our programs and services," said Laura Johnson-Montigny, Provincial Director, PEI.
