May 7, 1998 * Economic Development [to Jul 1998]Prince Edward Island provincial golf courses will open this Friday, May 8. Brudenell River and Mill River courses will open at 10:00 a.m. and remain open for the season. The Links at Crowbush Cove will open at 3:00 p.m. and operate this Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. The Links will open full-time on Friday, May 15. "The delay in the Crowbush opening is due to the additional preparation required on the course for the Export "A" Skins Game being hosted there this July 26-28," says Wes MacAleer, Minister of Economic Development and Tourism.
