The province has approved the question for the plebiscite as presented by the commission and electors will be asked the following question:
“Should Prince Edward Island change to the Mixed Member Proportional System as presented by the Commission of PEI’s Electoral Future?”
A complete list of the Returning Officers for the 27 electoral districts in the province will be published in the daily newspapers. This list will include the name, address and telephone number of each Returning Officer as well as the electoral district each represents.

(c) “Have you been ordinarily resident in the province since April 30, 2005?”
(d) “Have you voted in any other poll in this plebiscite?”
