Province to close Cardigan Bridge to traffic

Effective Monday, May 21, and until further notice, the Cardigan Bridge on route 321 will be closed to traffic.

The closure is necessary to complete paving and roadwork associated with last year’s bridge replacement project. The work is expected to take four weeks to complete, depending on weather.

Alternate routes will be clearly marked for drivers.
