Premier Binns Comments on Dean Constable

Premier Pat Binns issued the following statement in reaction to Dean Constable's election as Leader of the Island New Democrats:

"I would like to congratulate Mr. Constable on being chosen as the Island New Democrats' new leader. Public service is an important commitment and I welcome Dean and anticipate a constructive dialogue on the issues which matter most to Islanders. I wish him all the best and look forward to the positive contribution he will make to the democratic process in Prince Edward Island."
