June 2, 2010 Judy Haldemann, Acting Information and Privacy Commissioner, gave notice today that she will be releasing an Order on Friday, June 4, 2010, in respect of access to information requests made to Island Investment Development Inc. regarding the Provincial Nominee Program. The Order represents the Commissioner’s decision respecting file numbers FI-09-115, FI09-117, FI-09-118 and FI-09-124. The PNP Order will be available on Friday June 4, 2010, on the Commissioner’s website at www.oipc.pe.ca on the red link called PNP Order.
