Petroleum Price Reductions - Shell & Co-op Atlantic

The Island Regulatory and Appeals Commission announced today that approval has been granted to Shell Canada Products Limited to reduce the prices of its low sulphur diesel fuel and all grades of gasoline sold under its dealer tank truck pricing schedule by 1.5 cents per litre. Approval has also been granted to Co-op Atlantic to reduce the prices of its low sulphur diesel fuel and all grades of gasoline to dealers by 1.5 cents per litre. The lower prices became effective at 12:01 a.m. on Sunday, 10 May 1998.

Both Shell and Co-op requested approval of these decreases based on current local market conditions.
