Premier Pat Binns announced today the Mover and Seconder of the Speech from the Throne that will officially open the third session of the 60th General Assembly.
The speech will be moved by Jamie Ballem, Member of the Legislative Assembly for Stanhope - East Royalty.
It will be seconded by Elmer MacFadyen, Member of the Legislative Assembly for Sherwood - Hillsborough.
His Honour, Lieutenant Governor Gilbert R. Clements, will deliver the Speech from the Throne, Tuesday, November 16, at 3:00 pm.
