June 6, 2014 The Prince Edward Island Liquor Control Commission has suspended the Military canteen liquor license of “Souris Royal Canadian Legion,” license number MC640022, located in Souris, for a two (2) day period as follows: Friday, June 6, 2014, 9 a.m. to Sunday, June 8, 2014, 9 a.m. The Liquor Control Commission is satisfied that a violation of the Liquor Control Act Regulations took place under the following section which reads as follows:Section 70 (j)A licensee shall not sell or supply any liquor on his licensed premises to or for any person who is apparently in an intoxicated condition.Media Contact: James MacLeod
