The Prince Edward Island Liquor Control Commission has suspended the licensed premises known as “Community Curling Club,” license number CL-64-0013, located in Crapaud, for the following period of time, that is:
for a six (6)consecutive day period - commencing 11 a.m., Wednesday, November 17, 2010 up to and including 11 a.m., Tuesday, November 23, 2010.
The Liquor Control Commission is satisfied that violations of the Liquor Control Act Regulations took place under the following sections:
Section 35.(1)(b)
A club licensee shall not permit any person under the age of nineteen years to enter the club room or rooms in which bars are located during the hours liquor is being consumed.
Section 70 (a)
A licensee shall not permit any liquor to be taken from or into his licensed premises otherwise than is permitted by the Act and these regulations.
Section 70 (j)
A licensee shall not sell or supply any liquor on his licensed premises to or for any person who is apparently in an intoxicated condition.
