The Prince Edward Island Liquor Control Commission has suspended the lounge operation known as “Red’s Corner,” license number LL100246, located at Poole’s Corner, Cardigan, for the following period of time, that is:
For a five (5) day period as follows:
- 11 a.m., Saturday, March 3, 2012 to 11 a.m., Wednesday, March 7, 2012; and
- 11 a.m., Monday, March 12, 2012 to 11 a.m., Tuesday, March 13, 2012.
The Liquor Control Commission is satisfied that violations of the Liquor Control Act Regulations took place under the following section which reads as follows:
Section 70(a) A licensee shall not permit any liquor to be taken from or into his licensed premises otherwise than is permitted by the Act and these regulations.
This Suspension does not affect the operation of the dining room at Red’s Corner which may continue to observe its normal hours of operation during this period.
