License Suspended For Peakes Tee

The Prince Edward Island Liquor Control Commission has suspended the special premise operation known as “Peakes Tee,” license number SL20067, located in St. Theresa, for the following three (3) day period of time:

• 9 a.m., Friday, January 4, 2013 to 9 a.m., Monday, January 7, 2013.

The Liquor Control Commission is satisfied that violations of the Liquor Control Act took place under the following section which reads as follows:

Section 40(1) No person shall knowingly sell, give or otherwise supply liquor to any person under the age of nineteen years.
