The Prince Edward Island Liquor Control Commission has suspended the lounge operation known as “The Olde Lobster Factory Cookhouse & Dancehall,” license number LL120264, located in Charlottetown, for the following period of time, that is:
• for a three (3) consecutive day period – commencing 9 a.m., Friday, January 3, 2014, up to and including 9 a.m. Monday, January 6, 2014.
The Liquor Control Commission is satisfied that violations of the Liquor Control Act took place under the following section which reads as follows:
Section 40 (1) No person shall knowingly sell, give or otherwise supply liquor to any person under the age of nineteen years.
This suspension does not affect the operation of the dining room at The Olde Lobster Factory Cookhouse & Dancehall which may continue to observe its normal hours of operation during this period.
