License Suspended for Miscouche Royal Canadian Legion

The Prince Edward Island Liquor Control Commission has suspended the military canteen license known as the “Miscouche Royal Canadian Legion,” license number MC-64-0012, located in Miscouche, for the following period of time, that is:

for a three (3) consecutive day period - commencing 11 a.m., Friday, January 5, 2007, and ending 11 a.m. Monday, January 8, 2007.

The Liquor Control Commission is satisfied that violations of the Liquor Control Act Regulations took place under the following section:

Section 78 of the Liquor Control Act Regulations which reads as follows:

All licensed premises shall be vacated not later than one half hour after the prescribed closing hour.
