The Prince Edward Island Liquor Control Commission has suspended the lounge operation known as “Jimmy’s Marina Lounge & Patio,” license number LL 96-0034, located in Montague, for the following period of time, that is:
for a five (5) consecutive day period - commencing 11 a.m., Thursday, July 31, 2008, and ending at 11 a.m. Tuesday, August 5, 2008.
The Liquor Control Commission is satisfied that violations of the Liquor Control Act Regulations took place under the following sections:
Section 70. (a) A licensee shall not permit any liquor to be taken from or into his licensed premises otherwise than is permitted by the Act and these regulations.
This Suspension does not affect the operation of the dining room at Jimmy’s Marina which may continue to observe its normal hours of operation during this period.
