The Prince Edward Island Liquor Control Commission has suspended the special premises operation known as “ISE’S Bar,” license number SL60086, located at 449 University Avenue, Charlottetown, for the following period of time, that is:
for a two (2) consecutive day period – commencing 11 a.m., Saturday, April 10, 2010 up to and including 11 a.m., Monday, April 12, 2010.
The Liquor Control Commission is satisfied that a violation of the Liquor Control Act took place under the following section which reads as follows:
Section 40 (3) The holder of a liquor license shall not permit any person under the age of nineteen years to enter, be in, or remain in the licensed premises except as provided by the Act or regulations.
