Judicial Recount for District 13 - Charlottetown-Brighton

A judicial recount was conducted today by Provincial Court Judge Nancy Orr to determine the official number of ballots cast for each candidate in Electoral District 13 Charlottetown-Brighton after the recent Provincial General Election on May 4, 2015.

The official recount by Judge Orr produced the following results:

Jordan BROWN - Liberal Party - 1056/1054

Rob LANTZ - Progressive Conservative Party - 1032/1032

Bob MACLEAN - New Democratic Party - 265/265

Rejected Ballots - 6 (May 4)/ 9 (May 26)

As a result of the judicial recount, Jordan Brown of the Liberal Party of PEI was declared elected for Electoral District 13 Charlottetown-Brighton.
