Input needed from caregivers of stroke survivors

The Heart and Stroke Foundation and Health PEI are inviting caregivers of Islanders who have experienced a stroke to share their insight and experience to support planning for the final phase of the provincial organized stroke care program.

To better understand the challenges stroke survivors and their caregivers face when returning to their home communities following treatment for stroke, the Heart and Stroke Foundation and Health PEI are hosting two discussion forums in July:

• Monday, July 8 in Charlottetown

• Thursday, July 11 in Summerside
