Initial Licensing - Petroleum Products Act

The Island Regulatory and Appeals Commission announced today that it has issued Decision and Order No. P.980730 in respect of an application made under the Petroleum Products Act by Jamie D. Fox of Borden-Carleton, P.E.I.

Approval in principle has been granted in relation to the issuance of an initial petroleum products license in respect of twenty-four hour split-serve motor fuels dispensing in conjunction with a proposed convenience store to be located on parcel No. 847087 in Gateway Village, Borden-Carleton, Prince Edward Island.
