Premier Binns announced today that he has requested the Speaker to recall the Prince Edward Island Legislative Assembly on March 30. The 3rd session of the 62nd General Assembly will resume at 7:00 p.m. with the delivery of the Budget Address by the Provincial Treasurer, Honourable Mitch Murphy.
