Premier Pat Binns announced today that he has requested the Speaker to reconvene the Prince Edward Island Legislative Assembly on April 3. The 4th Session of the 62nd General Assembly will resume at 2 p.m. The Budget Address will be delivered by the Provincial Treasurer, Honourable Mitch Murphy, on April 10, 3 p.m.
