June 19, 2006 The PEI Liquor Control Commission has suspended the lounge liquor license #LL-95-0015 for the premises known as “Gunner’s Pub” located in Tignish, PEI, for a three (3) day period commencing 11 a.m. Monday, June 19, 2006, up to and including 11 a.m. Thursday, June 22, 2006. The Commission was satisfied that violations of the Liquor Control Act Regulations, Section 7, and Section 4.1 of the Polices did occur – the violation being that the licensed premises operated after the prescribed closing hour.Media Contact: Wayne MacDougall
