Re: Henderson and Cudmore Limited - Brian Ferrish - Notice of Termination

It is the decision of the Board that the firm of Henderson and Cudmore Limited had sufficient knowledge of their financial situation well in advance of terminating Mr. Ferrish's employment. Henderson and Cudmore Limited had ample opportunity to meet the requirements of the termination provisions in the Employment Standards Act.
