March 12, 2009 * Agriculture and Forestry [to May 2015]Murray Myles, returning officer for Dairy Farmers of Prince Edward Island and Egg Producers of Prince Edward Island has reported the results of recent elections to both boards. John Bysterveldt, Mount Stewart, was re-elected to represent Charlottetown District milk producers on the Dairy Farmers board and Ranald MacFarlane, Bedeque, was elected to represent Summerside District milk producers. Both terms are for three years and they will commence at the first meeting of the board following the annual meeting of quota holders. Leith Murray, Spring Valley, was re-elected to the Egg Producers board and Ian Simmons, Summerside, was elected to the board.
