Creative Concepts Inc., a firm specializing in fund raising, market research and outbound telemarketing is expanding. The company is adding a fully computerized inbound teleservices component, providing 24 hour, bilingual call handling, order processing, product fulfilment and customer services.
The company is owned by Al Fogarty and will operate under the name Advantage Communications and Marketing Centre. The company will offer the Island market call centre services for businesses, organizations and government with a broad range of professional telecommunications and marketing services and a well-trained staff of telephone service representatives.
"Information technology and telecommunications is becoming an important contributor to the Island economy," said Robert Morrissey, Minister of Economic Development and Tourism. "Mr. Fogarty has identified an opportunity to establish a professional call centre that will service the needs of the local market and create 28 jobs in the process."

"We have been able to identify a number of local companies that currently have a need for our services."
The centre will be located in a new building on the Brackley Point Road, across from the Charlottetown Airport and will house 13 work stations and employ 25 agents and three supervisors in three years. A management team, consisting of Mr. Fogarty, a sales manager and an operations manager will also be on staff.
Advantage Communications and Marketing Centre will continue to serve existing clients in addition to providing inbound teleservices locally and in markets across Canada and the United States.
