Chief Justice Mitchell Expresses Sadness Upon The Passing Of Former Justice M.J. McQuaid

Chief Justice Gerard E. Mitchell expressed sadness today upon learning of the death of former Justice M.J. McQuaid. He was a judge of the Supreme Court of Prince Edward Island from 1976 to 1981. Chief Justice Mitchell said Justice McQuaid possessed a sharp and well-organized mind. He was especially noted for his fairness and common sense approach.
