Brookvale Nordic Centre opens tomorrow

The Nordic Centre at Brookvale Provincial Ski Park will open to cross country skiers tomorrow, says Minister of Tourism and Culture Robert Henderson.

“We will have two groomed trails ready for skiers at Brookvale on Wednesday thanks to the snow we’ve received over the last few days and the hard work of staff at the park,” said Minister Henderson. “The Brookvale Nordic Centre is regarded as one of the best facilities of its kind in Eastern Canada. It provides an excellent venue for physical activity and it’s a great way to enjoy the outdoors.”

The Plantation and Hardwood Trails are the two opening tomorrow. Additional trails will open over the coming days.
