* Tourism [to Jan 2010]
Tourism PEI is pleased to announce that getting to Prince Edward Island this summer has just become a lot easier, thanks to a new flight offered by Air Canada Jazz. The direct flight will leave from Montreal every weekday, departing Quebec at 9:25 am and arriving in Charlottetown at 12:30 pm.

"This new access to Charlottetown will make it very easy for Quebecers to fly to the Island this season," noted Premier Pat Binns. "It's easy access and comes with a special introductory price that is excellent." Air Canada Jazz has offered a special $299 price for travel beginning June 15 and taken before the end of July.

"The flight will also act as a great connector for visitors from other points in Canada as well as the US," says Greg Deighan, Minister of Tourism for Prince Edward Island. "This service to Charlottetown provides convenient connections from Ottawa and Quebec City, and the introductory fare is also available on these connecting services."

Air Canada Jazz is offering a special introductory fare of $299 for travel between June 15 and July 31. For additional flight information or to make a reservation consult the Air Canada Jazz Web site at www.flyjazz.ca.
