Prince Edward Island Liquor Control Commission campaign supports the Canadian Red Cross

The Prince Edward Island Liquor Control Commission recently completed its fourth annual fundraising campaign in support of the Canadian Red Cross in Prince Edward Island.

“It is great to see the continued support of this initiative from both our customers and staff,” stated Hon. Robert Henderson, minister responsible for the PEI Liquor Control Commission. “A total of $27,032 was raised during this year’s initiative, which brings the four-year campaign total to over $161,000. These funds will be used to further the work of the Canadian Red Cross across the province.”

“The Canadian Red Cross appreciates the commitment of the PEILCC and its customers,” noted Wendi Poirier, Fund Development Association, Canadian Red Cross - PEI Division. “We look forward to continuing to support Islanders through our various programs and services with these funds.”
