Prince Edward Island Liquor Control Commission surpasses $100,000 mark in support of the Canadian Red Cross

July 2013 marked the Prince Edward Island Liquor Control Commission’s third annual fund raising campaign in support of the Canadian Red Cross in Prince Edward Island.

“Thank you to PEILCC customers and our staff who continue to support this campaign,” noted Hon. Robert Henderson, minister responsible for the PEI Liquor Control Commission. “This year’s efforts have generated $45,997 to further the important work of the Canadian Red Cross to provide assistance and services across the Island.”

“The Canadian Red Cross continues to be impressed with the commitment and generosity towards this fundraising initiative,” noted Wendi Poirier, Fund Development Associate, Canadian Red Cross - PEI Region. “We are pleased to have surpassed $100,000 in total over the three years of this campaign.”
