Endoscopy services relocating from within the QEH to new Ambulatory Care Centre

Health PEI advises the public that beginning Tuesday, October 9 at 7 a.m., endoscopy procedures at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital will be relocated and carried out in the new endoscopy service area in the Dr. Joseph A. and Eileen McMillan Ambulatory Care Centre.

Patients with scheduled endoscopy procedures are reminded to register at the Admitting Department upon arrival before proceeding to their appointment. Volunteers and hospital staff will help patients find their way within the new Centre.

Additional ambulatory care services will continue to relocate from throughout the hospital to the new Dr. Joseph A. and Eileen McMillan Ambulatory Care Centre over the next few weeks in phases to minimize disruption to patients and staff. The public will be advised as services relocate to the new centre.
