June 29, 2012 Premier's OfficePremier Robert Ghiz announced today that the Government will host a Cabinet meeting on the road Tuesday, July 3 in the community of Kensington. The meeting will include presentations from local municipal officials and visits to projects recently funded through the Island Community Fund. “It is important for Cabinet to travel outside of the capital to better understand issues currently affecting Islanders and to give us a chance to visit areas that make our province a great place to live,” said Premier Robert Ghiz. “I’m looking forward to hosting my colleagues in Kensington where we will have an opportunity to visit parts of the community including the Queen Elizabeth Elementary School and the P.E.I. Grain Elevators said Wes Sheridan, MLA for Kensington-Malpeque and Minister of Finance, Energy and Municipal Affairs.
