The Prince Edward Island Liquor Control Commission suspended the lounge operation known as “Fishbones Oyster Bar,” licence number LL-96-0032, located at 134 Richmond Street, Charlottetown, for the following period of time, that is:
• for a four (4) consecutive day period which commenced on Tuesday, September 27, and ends tomorrow, Saturday, October 1, 2011, at 11 a.m.
The Liquor Control Commission was satisfied that violations of the Liquor Control Act Regulations took place under the following sections which read as follows:
Section 70 (a): A licensee shall not permit any liquor to be taken from or into his licensed premises otherwise than is permitted by the Act and these regulations.
Section 70 (c): A licensee shall not admit more persons in his licensed premises than the capacity established and posted by the Fire Marshal’s Office.
This Suspension does not affect the operation of the dining room or patio at Fishbones Oyster Bar which may continue to observe its normal hours of operation during this period.
