License Suspended for O'Leary Royal Canadian Legion

The Prince Edward Island Liquor Control Commission has suspended the military canteen operation known as “O’Leary Royal Canadian Legion,” license number MC-64-0017, located in O’Leary, for the following period of time, that is:

for a three (3) consecutive day period - commencing 11 a.m., Monday, March 1, 2010 up to and including 11 a.m., Thursday, March 4, 2010.

The Liquor Control Commission is satisfied that violations of the Liquor Control Act Regulations took place under the following section which read as follows:

Section 70(a) A licensee shall not permit any liquor to be taken from or into his licensed premises otherwise than is permitted by the Act and these regulations.
