The Prince Edward Island Liquor Control Commission has suspended the lounge liquor license, license number LL90232, for the premises known as “Sebastian The Farmer And The Fisherman (2009)” located at 92 Capital Drive, Charlottetown, for the following period of time, that is:
for a period of sixty (60) days commencing 12 noon, Sunday, December 13, 2009 up to and including 11 a.m., Friday, February 12, 2010.
The Commission was satisfied that violations of the Liquor Control Act Regulations took place under the following sections:
Section 58 -- Every licensee shall keep daily records of all sales and transactions.
Section 70(a) -- A licensee shall not permit any liquor to be taken from or into his licensed premises otherwise than is permitted by the Act and these regulations.
Section 70(b) -- A licensee shall not permit any disorderly conduct in his licensed premises.
Section 70 (d) -- A licensee shall not permit any person to consume liquor while on duty or during his working hours.
Section 70 (j) -- A licensee shall not sell or supply any liquor on his licensed premises to or for any person who is apparently in an intoxicated condition.
Section 78 -- All licensed premises shall be vacated not later than one half-hour after the prescribed closing hour.
This suspension does not affect the operation of the dining room at Sebastian The Farmer And the Fisherman (2009) which may continue to observe its normal hours of operation during this period.
