BY-ELECTION WILL BE HELD OCTOBER 15, 2007

A by-election to fill a recent vacancy in the district of Belfast - Murray River will be held October 15, Premier Robert Ghiz has announced.

“By holding a by-election now, we will ensure that the residents of Belfast - Murray River will be represented in the next sitting of the Legislative Assembly,” Premier Ghiz said.
