February 23, 2007 The Prince Edward Island Liquor Control Commission has suspended the lounge license of “Piazza Joe’s,” license number LL-94-0009, located in Charlottetown, for the following period of time, that is: for a three (3) consecutive day period - commencing 11:00 a.m., Friday, February 23, 2007, and ending 11:00 a.m. Monday, February 26, 2007. The Liquor Control Commission is satisfied that a violation of the Liquor Control Act Regulations took place under the following section which reads as follows: Section 70.
