License Suspended for Peakes Quay

The Prince Edward Island Liquor Control Commission has suspended the lounge license known as “Peakes Quay,” license number LL-94-0034, located in Charlottetown, for the following period of time, that is:

for a three (3) consecutive day period – commencing 11 a.m., Wednesday, May 16, 2007, and ending 11 a.m. Saturday, May 19, 2007.

The Liquor Control Commission is satisfied that violations of the Liquor Control Act Regulations took place under the following section:

Section 78 of the Liquor Control Act Regulations which reads as follows:

All licensed premises shall be vacated not later than one half hour after the prescribed closing hour.
