Miriam Neill, Owner/Manager of OK Tire Stores of PEI Ltd., is no stranger to Museum and Heritage PEI. A consistent supporter for many years, Ms. Neill’s membership renewal was the first of a constant flow to arrive at the offices in Beaconsfield Historic House in the 2006 Membership Campaign launched on Heritage Day, February 20.
As a corporate member, Miriam Neill shows her support in a tangible way, and, in turn, her business receives benefits such as passes to seven heritage sites across the province, a subscription to The Island Magazine, discounts at museum site gift shops, and of course, the recognition and gratification of being a partner in the vital work of preserving our Island’s heritage for this and future generations.
Miriam says, “The work of Museum and Heritage Prince Edward Island is important to me and my business. As an Islander running a local business, I have a vested interest in preserving our heritage and culture for future generations, and in sharing it with visitors to our province.”
Individual, family and corporate memberships all contribute to the ability of Museum and Heritage PEI to achieve its mission and goals, focused on making our past a vibrant part of our present.
