AST Canada Inc. in partnership with Watts Communications Ltd. is pleased to announce the opening of its new technical support centre in Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island. This new call centre will provide bilingual support for all Canadian Advantage! customers.

The new jobs were created as a result of AST Research Inc.'s decision to move the technical support help line for Canadian Advantage! customers from Fort Worth, Texas, to Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island. The AST technical support help line began fielding calls on May 27th, 1997. It has already obtained an outstanding response rate with an average answering speed of under two minutes.
