The second session in the six-part Export Series for Success training program is set for Charlottetown and Summerside next week. Export Financing will focus on the financial programs and services available to exporters.
Featured presenters include Shirley Longobardi, International Trade Sales Rep, RBC International Trade Division; Serge Benoit, Business Development Manager, Export Development Canada; and David Forbes, Account Manager, Business Development Bank of Canada. Trade Team PEI partners from the Atlantic Canada Opportunities Agency, PEI Business Development, Canada/PEI Business Service Centre and Industry Canada will also be on hand.
The Export Series for Success is designed to introduce Prince Edward Island companies to the exporting process and will feature one session per month through to June in at least two Island communities. All sessions are free and everyone is welcome to attend.
Export Financing will be held in Charlottetown on March 6 at the Delta Prince Edward and again in Summerside on March 7 at the Loyalist Country Inn. Both sessions run from 8:30 am - 11:00 am.
