March 5, 1997 The Island Regulatory and Appeals Commission announced today that approval was granted to Irving Oil Limited to decrease the prices contained in its propane pricing schedule by 7.25 cents per litre, with the exception of propane sold through its cylinder exchange centres. These reduced prices become effective 12:01 a.m. on 6 March 1997. A reduction of 6.4 cents per litre is based on decreased propane acquisition costs and the remaining reduction of 0.85 cents per litre is based on market conditions. - 30 - For more information contact: H.
