Initial Licensing - Petroleum Products Act

The Island Regulatory and Appeals Commission announced today that is has issued Decision and Order No. P. 990707 in respect of an application made under the Petroleum Products Act by 150540 Canada Ltd. Of Richmond, P.E.I.

Approval in principle has been granted in relation to the issuance of an initial petroleum products license in respect of split-serve motor fuels dispensing in conjunction with a proposed specialty store, fast food restaurant and car wash to be located on parcel No. 442806, Granville Street North in Summerside, Prince Edward Island.
