Sessions will educate about Island court system

Justice and Public Safety
A three-part public education session next month will shed light on the Prince Edward Island court system, including Provincial Court, Supreme Court, and the Court of Appeal.

Over the course of the three nights, attendees will learn about criminal, family, constitutional, and administrative law. These sessions are taught by retired and sitting judges and are open to all citizens who have an interest in the court system or the administration of justice.

What: Law and the Courts in Prince Edward Island

Dates: November 2, 9, and 16

Time: 6:45 to 8:45 p.m.

Place: Sir Louis Henry Davies Law Courts, 42 Water Street, Charlottetown

Cost: Free of charge
