Alberton Health Services reopened at Western Hospital

Alberton Health Services at Western Hospital has completed its renovations and has reopened. The renovations are designed to improve patient flow and enhance the collaborative team work of staff in preparation for new physicians working in the facility.

Health PEI is pleased to welcome Dr. Megan Burns who has joined the Alberton team and began practice last week. Dr. Burns, of Freetown, recently completed her residency training with the Family Medicine Residency Training Program. The Patient Registry is contacting patients from the West Prince area to inform them that they have been assigned to Dr. Burns’ patient list, effective immediately.

Once contacted by the Patient Registry, Dr. Burns’ patients can call Alberton Health Services (Western Hospital) at (902) 853-0403 for appointments.
