License Suspended For Albany Community Centre Inc.

The Prince Edward Island Liquor Control Commission has suspended the club operation known as “Albany Community Centre Inc.”, license number CL-64-0071, located in Albany, for two (2) days as follows:

9:00 a.m., Friday, June 5, 2015 to 9:00 a.m., Sunday, June 7, 2015.

The Liquor Control Commission is satisfied that violations of the Liquor Control Act Regulations took place under the following sections which read as follows:

Section 60.1 A licensee shall be in personal charge of the licensed premises or appoint a responsible person to be in charge of his licensed premises during the hours the liquor is being sold or consumed in the said premises.

Section 70.(a) A licensee shall not permit any liquor to be taken from or into his licensed premises otherwise than is permitted by the Act and these regulations.

Section 70.(n) A licensee shall not permit any person to consume any liquor in the licensee’s licensed premises before the prescribed opening time of the premises or later than one half-hour after the prescribed closing time of the premises.
